    Your ill or injured employee’s first point of contact is with a nurse who conducts an in-depth interview to capture a comprehensive understanding of their medical condition and treatment to expedite complex claims and resource referrals.

    Employees are given a single point of contact for Leave and Disability who will proactively reach out to guide them through the process and connect them to additional resources to aid their recovery.
  • Support for Better Outcomes
    Medical, Behavioral and Vocational Case Managers help employees return to work safely, swiftly and effectively. Our Return-to-Work support has helped employees safely return to work 5 days sooner than originally estimated by their physician.1
