Celebrating Champions

The Hartford Nationals is the fifth and largest event in the competition series. This Move United sanctioned competition is the longest-standing national sport championship event for athletes with a physical, visual and/or intellectual disability.
 
The 2023 event will expand to allow both youth and adults, including wounded warfighters, to participate in the highest quality of adaptive sports competition.

At every competition series event, we recognize one athlete with the Human Achievement Award. This award is presented to an athlete who has been chosen by their peers as someone who serves as an advocate for the adaptive sports movement and inspires others as a role model.
