Candidates chosen for our Early Immersion Program will visit our campus in Hartford for three consecutive days in June. There, you’ll receive valuable resume building opportunities through our professional development workshops. You’ll also get the chance to network with hiring managers and early career professionals, including company interns. Sound good? There’s more! Requirements
- Sophomore level class standing
- Demonstrated interest in financial services
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (or equivalent, out of 4.0 scale)
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Record of high achievement, self-motivation, ability to multi-task and a strong work ethic
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to attend workshops on three consecutive dates in June
- Interest in any of the following career fields: Actuarial Science, Claims, Finance, Human Resources, Technology and Data, Management, Marketing, Operations, Risk Management, Underwriting or other insurance related careers
