The CGL policy is probably one of the most litigated, which is why we’ve developed this series – to peel back the layers of this complicated policy and provide a solid understanding of what the policy language intends.

The Commercial General Liability Advanced Topics webinar series is a live, instructor-led online training series. The series consists of 8 monthly sessions (each session is filed for one hour of CE credit).

After the completion of all eight sessions, students will gain the ability to evaluate their insured’s unique liability exposures, assess the coverage provided by the CGL policy and recognize where there may be gaps in coverage that need to be filled either by endorsements or additional coverage forms.

Series Sessions:
Session 1 - Legal Liability & the CGL Policy
Session 2 - CGL Insuring Agreement & Contractual Exclusion
Session 3 - CGL Additional Insureds
Session 4 - Primary and Non-Contributory and Waivers of Subrogation
Session 5 - Business Risk Exclusions
Session 6 - Pollution Exclusion
Session 7 - Occurrence vs. Claims Made Policies
Session 8 - Tenant/Landlord Leases
