The new digital experience removes delays in the claims submission process, like waiting for a claim status in the mail. It also provides real-time information to confirm if the beneficiary received the funds.
 
“Our customers shared with us that they’d like the intake process to be easier. We used this feedback to modernize our approach to the life claims experience by developing more user-friendly capabilities with our own technology,” says Nadeau.
