Once you have more than one or two employees, it's usually a good idea for a business owner to use an outside payroll service for a number of reasons. First of all, it's very time consuming to deal with payroll issues. By using an outside payroll service, you make sure that the withholding is correct and all the required filings get done and it allows you more time to devote to your business and not have to deal with this time-consuming task.
