Does My Organization Need Participant Travel Accident Insurance?
Participant travel accident insurance helps provide critical insurance coverage for members of volunteer groups, clubs and other organizations traveling as a group to the same destination. It’s designed to help protect against the financial hardship that could occur if a group member is injured or tragically dies from an accident during a trip.
It’s common for organizations to sponsor non-business-related travel for their members. Whether these excursions are for volunteer time, team building or just to get away for some fun and relaxation, it’s important to make sure that all members and participants are covered in the event of an accidental injury or fatality.
