Laura joined The Hartford in 2020 with over 20 years of diverse experience in the insurance industry. Starting her career as a carrier representative, she later moved into a variety of managerial positions earning national recognition and accolades for her many sales successes. Later, as a Managing Partner, she established her own brokerage which she grew to become a national presence. She drove her agency with a keen business acumen and focus on executing new strategies for extraordinary sales growth in an increasingly competitive space. While in this role, she developed training and business strategies as she continually pioneered the ever changing landscape of Employee Benefits.
In all of Laura’s roles, her focus has steadily remained on the importance of both client and team education. Employee Benefits is an evolving arena and Laura embraces this element of change and prides herself on continually remaining a subject matter expert on all facets of employee benefits. Laura has an indelible reputation for being a critical thinker, a successful leader and a team player.
Laura enjoys spending time with her family, including 2 adopted dogs, traveling and is a passionate advocate of animal rescue.
