Rodden’s advocacy of robust talent management and succession planning has enabled The Hartford to seamlessly transition through the retirements of several senior executives. A new executive development program is in place to accelerate the development and readiness of executive successors. The Hartford is a strong employer brand with ongoing recognition as a top employer with sustained top-quartile employee survey scores.
