  Multiple changes to a workers’ comp policy can now be made through one request including:

  ➧   Employer’s Liability Limits
 
  ➧   NEW! Waiver of Subrogation
 
     
  In most cases, a quote is produced instantly, and the changes are processed in real‑time.  
     
 
 
Real-Time Waiver of Subrogation Changes
 
     
  Existing waiver information displays on the screen so changes are easier to make. This includes the addition | removal of specific waivers, blanket waivers and scheduled third parties with an instant quote provided in most cases.  
     
 
 
Mid-term Manage Driver Changes
 
     
  Current licensed drivers display to make adding | removing drivers easier mid-term on commercial auto policies. License information is validated upfront for accuracy; changes are made automatically.  
     
     
 
 
Important Policy Documents Updates
 
     
 
  ➧   Annual Renewal Notice (ARN) eConsent Changes: Customers who have eConsented in TX, IL, GA and MD will now receive this document via email and not through the USPS. Additional states will be added in 2021.
 
  ➧   Workers’ Compensation Posting Notices: Customers who have eConsented will receive this document via email and no longer through the USPS.
 
  ➧   Customer Completion Letter Updates: Once a request has been fulfilled via phone or email, the completion letter will include a link to the completed request. This replaces attaching the initial service request to the completion letter.
 
  ➧   Statement of Premium Adjustment (SPA) Updates: To improve the customer experience, we’ve added a new letter that explains the type of audit, which includes updated language and disclosures.
