Small Commercial     APRIL AGENT® NEWSLETTER             New Clients Are Now Pre-Registered for My Account   Previously, clients who purchased a monoline workers’ comp policy had to wait 24 – 48 hours after the policy was issued before they could access any of the My Account service options. Now, these clients are pre-registered. This offers them limited access (ie: view and print policy documents and manage account settings) for the first 24 hours after the policy is issued once they complete the My Account registration process. Details on how to register are included in the Welcome email clients will now receive immediately after the policy is issued.   We plan to launch this pre-registration capability for new Spectrum and business auto policies soon.
