Service Center Recent Enhancements
Based on feedback from our agency partners, we have made the decision to remove the voice recognition feature of our phone system. We will continue to drive improvement in our voice recognition applications and when appropriate we will look to redeploy voice to our agents in the future.
We have also flattened and simplified the menu choices to help agents navigate the IVR more quickly. |
